The MSK100C-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NNNN, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a powerful electric motor in the MSK series distinguished by its unique features. It employs a multi-turn encoder system for positioning and manages technical data through 60K housing and 100K winding temperature models. Its output shaft uses bearings coupled with a plain shaft to attach to the machine it drives, with a maximum current of 79.7A and a maximum torque of 148.0Nm. The motor can operate in environmental conditions between 0-40°C and 0-1000m above sea level. Its 72Nm electrically released holding brake provides emergency protection. Further protection is offered by IP65 protection against dust and water, a natural convection cooling system, and a thermal overload regulator. Optional accessories such as fan units and air sealing connections provide additional cooling and protection. However, the sealing connections should avoid frequent contact with gearbox lubricants, and the load limit should not be exceeded for motor preservation.
