The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MSK100C-0200-NN-S1-BP2-NNNN is a digital servo motor that employs an integrated optical singleturn encoder operating on the Hiperface protocol with 128 signal periods. It measures and relays motor speed and torque data via a feedback cable connected to a motor controller, which also provides power via a separate cord. The motor features customizable power connector locations, with this model having one situated on motor housing side B. Users have the option of a flat or keyway-inclusive shaft, with the latter in this model. It comes with an IP65-rated motor protection, ideal for use in adverse conditions. The motor includes a built-in holding brake to stop motion at rest with a 70 Nm torque rating and a 24 Volt DC power rating for the brake. The unit relies on natural convection for cooling, but forced air cooling is also viable. It handles temperatures from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, operates at up to 3500 RPM with an equal or less than 90 dB sound level, and weighs in total 48.9 kilograms. The motor's thermal class is 155.
