The MSK100C-0300-NN-M2-LG2-RNNN, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a synchronous servo motor supporting feedback through measurements of speed, torque, and position. These measurements are conveyed to the drive controller by an encoder. The motor's characteristic synchronous speed is in alignment with the input current frequency and is regulated by the controller that governs both speed and torque. The motor's smooth shaft includes a replaceable seal that enhances the protection of motor bearings for prolonged operation. The MSK100C also accommodates an optional holding brake of 70 Nm torque, operating under the electrical release principle. The motor features an optical multi-turn encoder with an EnDat 2.1 interface for a total of 2048 signal periods and supports four positional electrical connections. It offers natural convection and surface cooling methods based on the load requirements. The motor housing, with improved concentricity and run-out, and offering IP65 protection, has a black painted surface.
