Suitable for any mounting direction, this unit features integral design elements such as an optical encoder system, an output shaft, and a holding brake. An accompanying drive controller from the manufacturer, Bosch Rexroth, is required for operation. The housing of the servomotor may reach high temperatures in use, posing a risk of dangerous drive movements if improperly used.
