Bosch Rexroth Indramat's MSK100D-0200-NN-M2-BG0-RSNN is an IP65-rated digital servo motor, belonging to the MSK series. Equipped with an integrated multiturn encoder that carries 2048 signal periods and an EnDat 2.1 interface, this motor records and transmits speed and position measurements to the controller. Based on these readings, the controller adjusts output voltage and frequency, optimizing performance. Designed for convection cooling, the motor's optimal operating temperature is 0-40 degrees Celsius, with a site elevation of 0 to 1000 meters; performance may decrease if these levels are exceeded. Enhanced output torque can be achieved using a cooling fan and surface cooling. The motor boasts a plain shaft with seals for protection against dust, moisture, and oil leaks, but they require periodic replacement. The MSK100D-0200-NN-M2-BG0-RSNN lacks an optional holding brake and its primary power socket is placed on housing side B. Installation, operation, and maintenance should be conducted by qualified personnel, and grounding and protective conductor connections must be confirmed before operation. An accessible emergency stop switch is also required.
