The MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-LG2-NNNN is a high-performance synchronous servo motor from Bosch Rexroth's MSK series. Capable of delivering a top speed of 3,000 RPM and generating maximum torque of 187.0Nm, it is known for its dynamic functionality. Incorporated with a KTY84 thermal sensor, this motor's inbuilt temperature monitoring system aids in avoiding thermal overload. Encased in IP 65 category housing, the motor is dustproof, touch-proof, and resistant to water jets from various directions, and thus suits harsh environmental conditions. Furthermore, its black 2K epoxy resin coating provides resistance against mineral oils, seawater, diluted acids, and alkaline solutions. The unit features a precise and accurate, single-turn, optical encoder for position recording without needing an additional incremental encoder. The encoder stores control loop parameters and the motor type name for quick start-ups and safe drive controller adaptation. The output shaft of this model is plain, ensuring a zero-backlash, non-positive shaft-hub connection.
