The MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-RP2-NSNN is a synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Known for its cutting-edge drive and motion control units, Bosch Rexroth ensures this motor delivers a peak torque of 187.0Nm. It features an electrically-released holding brake with a holding torque of 70Nm, offering a standstill axis control. Temperature monitoring mechanisms such as temperature model and the KTY84 thermal sensor are embedded in the stator windings to guard against thermal overload. The motor has a dust and water-resistant housing conforming to Ingress Protection rating IP 65. Its housing is covered with black 2K epoxy resin coating, resisting diluted acids, alkaline solutions, mineral oils, sewage and seawater. The motor possesses four pole pairs, attains a maximum speed of 3000rpm, and the output shaft consists of a keyway per DIN 6885-1. It also adheres to standard and explosion protection design as per DIN EN 60079 et seqq. The motor incorporates an optical, single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface.
