Intended for use with a drive controller, it offers swift response automation for diverse industrial machinery. Notably, its design enables continuous start-stop operation at a high frequency. The motor's housing is coated with a black 2K epoxy resin varnish, providing chemical resistance against diluted acids, sewage, mineral oils, and water. This varnish's resistance to organic solvents and hydraulic oils is somewhat limited, but an additional 40-micrometre coat can augment its chemical resistance. The internal encoder translates motor operation into digital signals for controller interpretation. Frictional heat generated during operation is mitigated by special grease-lubricated ball bearings with an estimated 30,000-hour service life. The motor is connected to machinery via a secure keyway-fitted output shaft.
