The MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NSNN is a high-performance, compact synchronous servo motor from Bosch Rexroth Indramat's MSK series. With high torque density and maximum torques of up to 631 Nm, it's suitable in rotary main and servo drive applications. Equipped with a single turn optical encoder with Hiperface, it records the absolute, indirect position within one motor rotation, providing precise position detection and speed control. The encoder's accuracy is within ±80 angular seconds. This motor has a rapid startup and safe adjustment, due to stored motor type name and control loop parameters in its memory. It can perform at maximum speed of 3,400 RPM and has a rotor’s moment of inertia of 0.00932 kgm2. Also, it features thermal overload protection with the KTY84 thermal sensor. The housing is IP 65 rated, impervious to dust and water jets, and treated with a black, acid/alkaline resistant 2K epoxy resin coating. The motor offers a zero-backlash, non-positive shaft-hub connection and practices the use of clamping sets, sleeves, or elements for coupling with driven machine elements.
