The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MSK101D-0202-NN-S3-FG0-NPNN is a high-precision synchronous servo motor, part of the IndraDyn S series, aimed at mitigating basic automation problems while offering additional customization options for application-specific requirements. The motor is ideally suited for machine tools, metal forming machines, and food packaging devices. It houses a single-turn encoder with Hiperface interface and data memory functionality, ensuring prompt startup and secure adaptation to the drive controller. The servo motor cools through natural convection due to the housing design, which also offers an IP65 protection rating safeguarding it from touch and water. It consists of a thermal sensor and independently operated temperature monitor for preventing irreversible thermal damage. The device has a seal-ring fitted plain output shaft, delivering a backlash-free shaft-hub connection while avoiding fluid entry. Finally, the housing is coated with black, durable, acid, and seawater-resistant 2K resin.
