The MSK101D-0300-FN-M1-AG0-NNNN is a high-functioning, maintenance-free synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Suitable for a variety of applications, such as robotics and packaging machinery, it’s known for its flexibility and sturdiness, thanks to a plain shaft with a zero backlash, non-positive shaft-hub connection and a DIN 3760 – design A compliant shaft sealing ring. This motor, that can withstand intense loads due to its liquid cooling mechanism, is encased in IP 65 protection class housing, hence durable even in tough conditions. Positioning of the motor is accurately tracked and communicated to the data controller via an encoder with multiturn configuration and Hiperface interface, maintaining an accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. Safeguarded by a KTY84 thermal sensor, it achieves a top speed of 4,600 RPM and a maximum torque of 160.0 Nm. Its superb operational reliability is due to a water-based epoxy polyamide resin coating.
