The MSK101E-0200-FN-M1-AP0-NNNN is a compact, high torque (231 Nm) synchronous motor by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, ideal for packaging machines, machine tools and food processing equipment. Its inductance is 3,300 mH, thermal time constant is 100 minutes and can achieve 3500 rpm. Equipped with a multi-turn hiperface encoder, it records both absolute and relative rotor locations. The IP65-rated housing protects the unit from dust and water. The motor can maintain a constant torque of 133 Nm using a continuous current of 63.8 A at standstill during liquid cooling, the motor overpressure is maintained by a sealing ring, which also prevents lubricants from reaching the plain output shaft. It operates efficiently between 0-40°C, with insulation level of 155, and a torque constant of 2.40 Nm/A. This tool, weighing 53.5 kgs, is rigorously tested before dispatch to ensure impeccable performance.
