Designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the MSK101E-0200-NN-S1-AG2-NNNN is a sturdy and unique industrial motor created to power complex industrial machinery. Its compact construction is IP65 protection class complaint, which allows for seamless operation in challenging industries like mining or explosive environments. A magnetic excited device, this motor uses magnets made from rare earth materials to generate an electromagnetic field that triggers rotor rotation. Importantly, to prevent unsafe movement, all operational instructions must be strictly adhered to.
The motor incorporates a single-turn optical encoder that turns motor operations into digital signals sent to the drive controller. This ensures real-time control of the motor operation. The encoder provides a system accuracy of roughly ±80 angular seconds and comes with an internal memory for storing configuration instructions.
For optimum performance, this synchronous motor has a natural convection mechanism to regulate internal temperature. If high repetition rate is required, an external fan unit for surface cooling could be necessary. The operation of this motor is best suited for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level.
