Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the compact, powerful MSK101E-0450-NN-S1-AG2-NNNN for a range of demanding operations including robotics, machine tools, food processing and packaging machines, and metal-forming machines. The new-gen engine broadens the scope of modern factory automation with its precision and unique design, particularly its integrated encoder system with data memory. This system, producing an accuracy of ±80 angular seconds, significantly contributes to the motor's efficiency, allowing both absolute and indirect position recording within one rotation. Also incorporated is a standard plain shaft equipped with a sealing ring and a 70Nm electrically-releasing brake. The MSK101E-0450-NN-S1-AG2-NNNN houses 4 pole pairs under a tightly sealed IP65-rated design. It operates at a peak of 231.0 Nm torque, drawing 262.4A of current, and its rotor carries 0.01380 kgm2 of inertia. The engine functions best at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius within a 5 to 95% relative humidity range.
