The MTC-P01.2-M2-NN-NN-NN-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a cutting-edge motion control technology used in various industrial applications including the aerospace, manufacturing, and food industries. This CNC controller is designed to facilitate up to 3-axis processor modules, storing parameters such as tool data and zero offset for up to 6 months. It is equipped with a rechargeable battery designed to last 5-7 years. Data is shared via a SERCOS interface and it should be mounted into an industrial PC's free ISA slot. The control can connect to up to 8 drives and offers high-dynamics when used with an SPS module. It also features a power fail connection, aiding in data preservation during power loss. The module carries 2 MB RAM for user data processing and storage. It also includes a one-digit, seven-segment H1 display for error diagnosis. Firmware must be ordered separately based on specific module configurations.
