The MTC-R01.1-M1-NN-FW, a cutting-edge numerical controller by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is primarily designed to efficiently oversee industrial drive controllers within numerous high-tech systems, such as printing technology, woodworking, and manufacturing facilities. Housed within a protective unit (IP20 rated), the controller requires installation upon a switch cabinet compliant with an IP54 protection category, using RMB02.2 racks on a TS 35 x 27 x 15 DIN rail, to guard against harsh conditions. Remarkably versatile, the controller can simultaneously handle up to 16 industrial controllers. It consists of a heat-sensitive internal battery, thus must avoid environments over +55°C during operation, and not be stored at temperatures exceeding +70°C. Maximum operational humidity rests at 75%. The controller requires power supply but does have an alternative energy source for its microprocessor. Finally, due to electromagnetic wave emissions, the device should be kept at a safe distance from individuals with cardiac pacemakers, implants, or hearing aids.
