The MTC-R02.1-M1-A2-A2-NN-FW, a high-quality NC (Numeric Control) module, is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, an industry leader in motion control products. This module is part of the MTS200-R CNC controller and is designed for installation in a switchgear cabinet with an IP 20 standard ingress protection. Featured in a modular design, it can be expanded through slots U1, U2, and U3 and can accommodate a range of modules including the PROFIBUS-DP master and slave modules, serial interface modules, and an INTERBUS MASTER module. Hosting a CNC processor and an integrated axis processor, it facilitates connecting up to 32 drives in its largest configuration. It also supports RS-232/RS-485 programming interfaces to link multiple SPS controllers with the CNC controller. The module has dimensions of 83.7 mm x 192 mm x 156 mm and a power consumption of 19.6W and 700 mA current.
