Kollmorgen presents the MTC306B1-R2C1, a high-performance brushless servo motor designed for hassle-free functioning across multiple industrial scenarios including machine tools, textile machines, robotics, and handling systems. This model, equipped with IP65 protection, guards against dust and low-pressure water jets, ensuring smooth operation even in harsh weather conditions. The motor features a resolver enabling accurate position detection and control. Its 90-degree rotatable power connector facilitates direct electrical connection from 115 – 230 VAC sources. Commissioning should be carried out by qualified personnel, with Kollmorgen-specified parts and modules. The model comes with an integrated electromagnetic brake and a 24 VDC holding brake. It provides a rated torque of 3.71 Nm at standstill, and 2.08 HP (1.55 kW) power output at 4600 rpm, while operating optimally at 25°C, up to a maximum of 40°C. This product complies with UL and CE standards.
