The MTS-P01.1-S1-B1-NN-NN-NN-FW from Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a slave SPS module designed to communicate effectively with an NC module via a 50-way ribbon cable local bus. This device is equipped with 1MB RAM and can be fixed inside an industrial PC or BTV20/30 terminal. To ensure optimum functionality, the DIP address switch should be set to OFF during operation and the module must be pre-set before commissioning. It operates at temperatures ranging from 0°C to 50°C and contains a rechargeable battery that provides a buffer time of approximately 5,000 hours. The lifespan of the battery remains unaffected by constant charging. This product also facilitates direct wiring of machine function keys and seamlessly interacts with remote I/O units through a DPS01 slave board. It is to be noted that the firmware must be purchased separately. With an integrated microprocessor, this device enables automatic comprehensive data transfer.
