The NEXTSTEP-240 by Kollmorgen is a top-of-the-line micro-stepping drive that encompasses both drive control system and motor attributes. Compact, durable and competitively priced, it provides enhancements and high performance making it a choice option in industrial automation and motion control. The small footprint belies its power, delivering double the output of comparable models. It comes fitted with high torque NEMA motors and features a useful tri-color LED guide for operators. Thanks to an adjustable motor current waveform, it offers unrivaled smoothness and step-by-step accuracy. With eight selectable drive resolutions up to 50,000 steps/revolution, a 320 VDC bus voltage, and a selectable motor current up to 3.9 amps, this device is reliable and versatile. Additional features include a built-in regenerative circuit, internal cooling tunnel, and a REST switch for enhanced efficiency and longevity. The NEXTSTEP-240 operates on a 100-240 VAC single phase at 50/60 Hz.
