The Okuma OSP-7000 is an industrial numerical control system that stores crucial information such as part programs and offset values in CMOS memory, which is battery-backed to retain data even in power-off situations. It includes built-in safety devices and low battery voltage alarm for added security. However, optimal operation still requires an environment that's dust-free, isn't subject to extreme temperatures or vibrations, and is free of corrosive elements. The system runs using a primary power supply of 200 volts with fluctuation of up to 10%, at a frequency of 50/60 Hertz. It's important that its power source doesn't coincide with noisy equipment like electric welders. The system must be grounded separately and its electrical control cabinet protected against chips, water, and oil, within a temperature range of 0-40°C, and a humidity range of 30-95%.
