The P22NSXB-LNN-NS-05, manufactured by Pacific Scientific, is a high-performance NEMA 23 stepper motor used primarily for automation purposes. Despite its compact size and cost-effective design, it provides exceptional performance. This motor is distinguished by a large diameter shaft and oversized bearings, which allow for a high number of load cycles and increased axial loading capacity. With low rotor inertia and Sigmax Technology, it excels in dynamic environments requiring rapid acceleration over long distances, and generates sizable torque. The octagonal housing model makes use of an 8-pole connector, with a robust 1.8ᵒ step angle. This motor can maintain 1.5 Nm of torque while weighing only 1.13 kg. The thoughtful design includes exposed laminations for improved thermal dissipation, elevating the longevity of the product. Its fully-encased stator employs class B insulation, capable of withstanding up to 212ᵒ F. Integral polymer encapsulation enhances thermal dissipation, reducing downtime and further extending operational life.
