The P70530-SDN micro-stepping drive is designed by Kollmorgen and belongs to their P7000 series. With a 5A continuous current and 1.8W power rating when turned off, it's possible to mount this unit either vertically or horizontally utilizing 8x32 screws. The P70530-SDN operates efficiently between 0°C and 45°C and requires a minimum 1-inch space around it for effective convection cooling. With the maximum step input frequency of 2MHz, it features a default ENABLE input with a 5mA current rating. Notably, care must be taken to keep direction and step signals away from motor leads to ensure optimal performance. The drive is also equipped with a fault output indicating latched conditions and an RS-232 interface via the J5 serial connector. Setup is simplified through the P7000Tools software. This robust drive is CE Certified and cUL Recognized and available for international shipping.
