The PFM02.1-016-FW, created by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a stationary and permanent IndraDrive MultiMediaCard. Its primary purpose is to facilitate the easy and fast transfer of axis oriented motor parameters for Indramat motor controllers, without the necessity of a computer. The card functions as a storage media, integrated into the relevant device, and can house a range of data, from parameters and firmware to user-specific files and programs. This model features a non-volatile memory type and a storage capacity of 512 kb. Caution is advised during the firmware transfer process, with the voltage supply not to be interrupted. Before you initiate the process, any used firmware files should be substituted with fresh ones, and this requires the motor to be switched off and the MultiMediaCard to be removed. The device can only hold one firmware file at a time, necessitating the prior deletion of the old file before adding a new one.
