The PM-UPD1S06-30 from Sanyo Denki features a compact SMD package sized 33.6 x 13.5 x 11.2 mm and a 6 VDC input voltage. Part of the PM Drivers series, it delivers 1.0 VDC at 30 A output and achieves 92% efficiency. The module operates at 500 kHz switching frequency and supports temperatures from -40 to +85 °C.

It includes OCP, SCP and OTP protection and offers both digital and analog control interfaces. The design is RoHS compliant. A one-year warranty backs the module.
