The PMDPC1S3P10 driver from Sanyo Denki's PM Drivers series is a compact surface mount device for high-speed switching. It features a 30 V input, 1 A current rating, 50 ns reverse recovery time and operates from –55 °C to 150 °C. Measuring 3.0 × 2.0 × 1.0 mm, it has 60 °C/W thermal resistance and a 150 °C maximum junction temperature. The SMD unit is RoHS compliant and benefits from a 1000 hour burn-in reliability test.
