The PPC-P11.1, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a motion and logic control unit acclaimed for its top-tier quality and innovative design meant to simplify motion control operations. This standalone, PC-based system can control up to 40 digital drives simultaneously, compatible with various drive types like IndraDrive, EcoDrive03, and Diax 04. The unit utilizes GMP 10 firmware, includes two separate programmable limit switch cards, and connects to digital drives via a SERCOS interface. It plugs easily into any PCI slot of a computer without the need for jumper cables, as memory allocation is automatic upon connection. It can operate with an additional Link Ring interface for Master/Slave interfacing and a Master Encoder Card. The device includes a built-in diagnostic system and works efficiently under 5% to 78% relative humidity and between 5ᵒC and 45ᵒC. The device has an inbuilt compact flash memory for firmware, parameter settings, and I/O configurations.
