The PPC-P11.1N-N-N1-N2-NN-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a standalone multi-axis logic and motion controller. This PC-based system employs the GMP 10 firmware software, enabling a robust solution for logic and motion control. Communicative function with Diax 04 and EcoDrive 03 digital servo drives is enabled via a SERCOS interface. However, visual motion fieldbus slave interfaces and Ethernet interfaces are not supported by the drive's GMP firmware. A host of components comprise the VisualMotion control system, including optional SercosReco 02 I/O modules, Inline I/O modules, Diax 04 and EcoDrive 03 I/O modules, and VisualMotion Toolkit software for control growth and maintenance. OPC and DDE servers facilitating SCP communication via the SIS protocol between controls and Window programs are another part of the system. The system supports up to 40 intelligent drives connected to a single motion control via SERCOS. The unit has a second serial interface with 2 option card programmable switches, a master encoder card, and other features. It has no memory expansion and works optimally in a humidity range of 5-78% and an atmospheric pressure of 860-1080hPa.
