The PPC-P11.1N-N-N1-Q1-NN-FW, created by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a digitalized, multi-axis, standalone motion and logic controller for motors and machinery. Engineered to directly plug into a PC's PCI slot, it boasts a plug-and-play support card, negating the need for jumper allocation for memory management. The motion controller hosts an optional second interface card containing digital inputs and outputs and a communication port. Featuring a 32-bit PC bus connection and a frequency of 33 MHz, the unit includes optional extras like a front faceplate, limit switch card, and link ring. The logic control hardware has a 1-digital 7-segment display and an I/O drive support system, along with a 32 MB compact flash memory card and a Sercos interface capable of managing up to 40 drives. A Windows NT4.0 environment is required for installation, with a power supply tolerance ranging from 3.3V to +12V. This device operates optimally from 0°C to 45°C and between 860hPa and 1080hPa atmospheric pressures, up to an elevation of 1,500 meters.
