The PPC-P11.1N-N-Q1-NN-NN-FW is a digitally-enhanced, stand-alone multi-axis controller created by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This system, driven by VisualMotion GMP10 firmware, is designed to directly connect into a PC's PCI slot, offering plug and play capabilities with dynamic PC memory management. The optional interface card includes digital inputs and outputs for superior communication capabilities. The device boasts a 32 bit, 33 MHz PC bus connection, and optional components such as a front faceplate, a programmable limit switch card, and a DAQ03 link ring. It also features a 1-digital 7-segment display, drive-based I/O support, a compact flash memory card (supporting up to 32MB), and a Sercos interface that can manage up to 40 drives. Additional features include two serial interface ports with adjustable baud rates, and operating system compatibility with Windows NT4.0; SP6 with VisualMotion 09vRS, and the VentureCom RTX 4.3.2 runtime environment. The controller unit requires a 3.3V to 12V power supply and operates most efficiently at temperatures from 0 to 45°C (32 to 113°F) at atmospheric pressures between 860hPa to 1080hPa.
