PPC-R01.2
The PPC-R01.2, produced by automation equipment manufacturer Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a multi-axis motion and logic control system functioning on VisualMotion GPP 10 firmware. It uses the Reco 02 form factor, offering advanced logic control features, and utilises the LocalReco 02 back-plane bus for data exchange. The system integrates with the Sercos interface, a global standard for real-time communication in the industrial sector. Capable of coordinating tasks like complex multi-master electronic line shafting (ELS), the system also supports robotics applications. It optionally features an EtherNet connection. The PPC-R01.2 comes equipped with the VisualMotion Toolkit (VMT) for programming, diagnostics, and parameterization. It's capable of integrating up to 40 intelligent drives via the Sercos interface and supports multiple types of Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and Fieldbus master interfaces. The system can also interface with a PLS option card and a Master Encoder Card (EMC).
