PPC-R02.2
The PPC-R02.2, made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a versatile CNC control unit belonging to the MTC2000 product range. Its prime function is as an NC controller and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) based on the user's application. The device fits into a switch cabinet and manages up to 8 drives through its integrated axis processor and Sercos interface. Extension option with three sockets and axis processor modules brings the possibility of incorporating another 8 drives, scaling up to a maximum of 32 drives. It also includes a Firmware Module PSM01.1 with MTC2000 control unit software and a 4MB flash memory. A lithium battery buffers system SRAM, which stores vital NC data. Applicable to rotary transfer machines, machine tools, and machining centers, it supports numerous serial interfaces and various operator terminals via its BT bus. The unit weighs 1.3kg and measures 83.7 mm x 192 mm x 150 mm, performing optimally between 0°C to 45°C.
