The PPC-R02.AN-N-NN-NN-NN-FW is a CNC module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It features a design code of 2, an external 4MB flash memory module, and a built-in battery. The control unit includes three digital inputs, two digital outputs, an alphanumeric display and a PowerPC microprocessor. The battery, allowing for buffering of data, lasts for 10 years unused at room temperature, and four years when permanently off. The module contains a one ready-for-operation relay, consumes 1.2A at 24VDC, and is compatible with both SAFT and MAXELL. It must not have an active PAP2 axis processor module installed and the two-digit character displays power failures and boot lock errors. Please ensure careful disposal of the discharged battery, and remember the X1 11-pin Phoenix socket. The unit's COM interface accepts modems and works in relative humidity of 5% to 95% and an atmospheric pressure range of 70 to 106 kPa.
