Manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the PPC-R22.1N-N-N1-P2-NN-FW is a standalone control module used in automation across various industries. Installed vertically in the leftmost RMB rack slot, it's capable of overseeing up to 40 Bosch Rexroth intelligent digital drivers via its VisualMotion 10 hardware. The model requires a 1.5 mm2 cable for a 24 VDC electrical hookup from the power supply and operates within a voltage range of 19.2 – 30 VDC. Weighing approximately 1.3 kg, it measures 217 × 84 × 165 mm and can be installed in the Reco 02 rack. It houses three expansion slots which may contain the PLS master module and PROFIBUS-DP slave module. Other features include communication capacity via SERCOS, IP 20 protection standard, and an acceptable temperature range of 0-45°C. The unit requires separate firmware.
