The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's PPC-R22.1N-N-NN-NN-NN-FW is a version 1 R22 series controller, combining motion and logic features in a lightweight, compact unit. It comes equipped with 14 technical features including the S1 display toggle button, a 32 MB flashcard slot, SERCOS interface transmitter and receiver, programming and communication ports. Weighing only 1.3 kg, it mounts onto TS 35x27x15 DIN rails using RMB02.2 racks. Operating humidity is 5-78% without condensation, and the unit has an IP20 rating for dust protection. The controller operates within 0-45 degree Celsius, but can withstand -25 to 70 degree Celsius for storage and transport. Pulling 1.2 Amps at 24v DC, the unit's real-time clock can maintain accurate time for up to 3 days without power thanks to a dedicated capacitor. The device is also noted for its quick I/O processing. Please note, the hardware lacks expansion cards and Ethernet, hence firmware is ordered separately.
