The Bosch Rexroth Indramat PPC-R22.1N-N-T3-NN-NN-FW is a high-performing motion controller from the R22.1 series with extension capabilities to visual motion controller. It features robust computing and processing performance enclosed within an IP20 rated housing, able to effectively withstand dust and grime. The controller features Ethernet support, three expansion slots, power supply and system status monitors, and programming and communication ports. Notably, the unit supports the Sercos automation interface with the inclusion of LED distortion visual and a reset button. The controller is compatible with the RECO 02 input-output modules and requires vertical installation with adequate clearance for heat dispersion. The control needs to be in slot 00 to ensure appropriate communication with local input-output modules. Maintenance of both hardware and firmware should only be done by trained staff to avoid any injury or system malfunction.
