The PPC-R22.1N-T-G2-P2-N1-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a cutting-edge, multi-axis machine motion and logic control system, highly compatible with a vast range of industrial machines from food processing to textiles. Supporting GPP 10 firmware version and the Reco 02 form factor, it offers both coordinated and non-coordinated motion control, along with an independent operational error detection feature which alerts operators via an H1 status display. Designed according to the IP20 protection category, the control system can withstand solid foreign particles whilst remaining vulnerable to liquids and requires strategic installment to allow effective heat dissipation. The control system operates with a SERCOS interface for real-time communication with drive controllers and utilizes a 32-MB memory card for storing required parameters. It necessitates additional interfaces like the encoder interface card and programable limit switch, among others.
