The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-N2-NN-FW is a programmable motion/logic control system from their VisualMotion 10 range. It can control up to 40 intelligent digital drives while providing protection against unauthorized network access through Ethernet connection. The model has three expansion slots: Slot 1 has a PLS master module, Slot 2 comprises a PLS slave module, and Slot 3 remains empty. Up to two optional PLS modules can be ordered per unit, each featuring 16 outputs, 2 mini-phoenix connectors, and a 250mA current draw. The system connects electrically via the X1 port with a total current consumption of 1.2A. It can be mounted in the first RMB rack with the Reco 02 I/O module. It provides consistent operation with IP20 protection and can handle a humidity level of up to 78%. It operates best between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and weighs approximately 1.3 kg. It runs on GPP 10 firmware, which is not included and needs to be ordered separately.
