The Bosch Rexroth manufactured PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-N2-P2-FW model is a component of the VisualMotion 10 control system, which can manage up to 40 intelligent digital drives from reknown Rexroth IndraDrive, Diax 04, and EcoDrive 03 drive systems. This model uses a SERCOS interface for drive-related communications and a LocalReco 02 back-plane bus for data exchange. Designed for use in either solitary or multiple axis drives, this model needs programming, utilizing the PC software VisualMotion Toolkit. The unit can handle a voltage range of 19.2 – 30 VDC with a ripple limit of 4 Vpp and the capacity for installation in slot 00 of the Reco 02 rack. It falls under IP20 protection standard, so it defends against solids larger than 12mm but not liquids. The PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-N2-P2-FW model includes a programmable limit switch module and allows for optional connection via ethernet or DCOM. Additionally, it comes with a 4-digit alphanumeric matrix display, a 32 MB compact memory card, while its firmware is ordered separately.
