Bosch Rexroth Indramat's PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-T3-NN-FW is a CNC module that comes with a PowerPC microprocessor, an 8MB SDRAM main memory, and a 256-byte serial EEPROM. The module boasts multiple interfaces such as a PC/104, a RECO/PLC, and a 4 MBaud SERCON 410B SERCOS interface for optimal communication with various digital drives. Also included is a ready to use relay for system monitoring and the device conforms to Class A noise emission standards (EN 55022). The device can be installed onto the vertically assembled module carrier inside a switch cabinet that can hold up to four module racks. The power lines come with a delayed fuse rated at 4A maximum. The CNC module operates at an atmospheric pressure rating of 86kPa-106kPa and features a battery for buffering real time clock. The device should not be operated under extremely high temperatures and is compatible with rotary transfer machines.
