The Bosch Rexroth PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-V1-NN-FW is an advanced logic and motion control unit, integral to the VisualMotion machine system. Designed with customizable utility in mind, three slots are offered for added modules, with two prefilled by a DeviceNet master module and a programmable limit switch master module. An additional slot is available for user-specific customization. Equipped with a SERCOS interface that supports varying megabaud levels, and two configurable baud rate serial interfaces, optimal connectivity is ensured. Additionally, an in-built Ethernet port is provided. This control unit requires an external 24 Volts DC power source and should operate in a temperature between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius for robust performance. Also featured is an IP 20-rated enclosure and it is mounted using RMB02.2 racks on DIN rails. Users should note that due to the unit's complexity, installation and upkeep should be executed by trained personnel.
