The Bosch Rexroth Indramat PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-N1-N2-FW is a multi-axis motion and logic control device. It mounts in the leftmost slot of the RMB rack and features a standalone R housing design. This device is versatile, compatible with numerous interfaces such as ControlNet, Profibus, and DeviceNet. It features multiple LEDs for diagnosing the communication and bus status. With the ability to support two PLS option cards, it can manage up to 32 outputs simultaneously. Connection to a link ring can be established through a DAQ03 card. The device delivers an IP 20 level of protection and uses a SERCOS interface for communication with digital servo drives. Programming is facilitated via integrated VisualMotion Toolkit and PLC software. This motion control solution is ideal for utilization in textile machines, assembly, and handling systems. Optimal operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 45°C, adhering to DIN 40 040 Class KV specifications.
