The PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-P2-NN-FW, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a programmable control system integral to managing up to 40 Bosch digital drives. This multi-axis motion/logic control system elegantly embraces the Bosch Rexroth VisualMotion 10 product line. Ensuring seamless operability, the main features include a display toggle button, transmit and receive interfaces for a fiber optic-based SERCOS interface, and three optional expansion slots, among others. It also houses a pre-installed PROFIBUS-DP slave module while the firmware must be ordered separately. The module fits into a Bosch Rexroth Reco 02 rack, requiring 24 volts DC input and drawing a maximum of 1.2 Amps from the power supply. With dimensions of 184x82x165mm and weighing 1.3kg, the system should be kept within an operating temperature range of 0 - 45 degrees Celsius to maintain optimal performance.
