The PPC-R22.1N-T-Q2-NN-NN-FW, part of Bosch Rexroth Indramat's MTC200 range, is a CNC module featuring an in-built axis processor and CNC processor system. Meeting the EN 60529 IP 20 protection class, it requires installation within a switch cabinet and alongside an RMB02.2 sub-rack, with vertical positioning. The module includes a diagnostic-accessible COM port and is contained within a double-wide housing that measures 83.7 x 182 x 150mm (W x H x D). A line code of 2 allows for extension across two module slots of the rack, supporting a 24VDC power supply with a maximum power consumption of 1.2A at 24VDC. Requires firmware for operation, loaded on a 4MB PSM firmware module. Non-user accessible interfaces include COM, PROG and BT bus connection. Approved equipment should only be used, with tampering or inappropriate use posing risk of damage or injury.
