The Bosch Rexroth Indramat PPC-R22.1N-T-V1-NN-NN-FW is a CNC module designed for precise and reliable operation in an industrial setting. The module should be connected cautiously, with power supply disconnected initially to prevent component damage. For stability, module rack locking screws must be tightened before commissioning. In the MTC200 control system, it must link with socket 0 of the MTS-R01.2 PLC assembly through the manufacturer's local bus. The product lacks a memory expansion module and power supply connection is via the X1 plug's 10th and 11th contacts. The unit's control features an 8MB SD RAM main memory, a PowerPC microprocessor, and a 256-byte E2PROM. It can support up to eight drives through a SERCOS interface and includes three optional sockets. The module must be installed according to instructions, grounded correctly and handled with care to ensure safe and dependable performance.
