The PPC-R22.1N-T-V1-V2-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth MTC200 CNC module. It has three digital inputs and two digital outputs with a control unit that connects to the DIAX04 series of digital drives via fiber optic cables. The S1 button activates an S1 menu, while the device type and firmware ID are displayed by the H1 display. The module has a Class A noise emittance and operates within a relative humidity of 10% to 95%. Its firmware module is PC card compatible and includes 4MB flash and 64KB nvRAM. The control unit has three interfaces: PC/104, RECO/PLC, and SERCON 410B SERCOS. Additionally, an axis expansion module can be added if needed. The device handles an overall capacity of 52W in its I/O bus supply and communicates operational statuses through specific display codes.
