The PRD-MZ40ASIz-62 (CR06561-MZ), produced by Kollmorgen, is a contemporary model of their motion control equipment including servo amplifiers, motors, and professional industrial power tools. Specifically designed to interface with Kollmorgen-approved servo motors and power supplies, it provides exceptional performance and reliability when operating within the specified temperature range (+5 to +45°C). Only qualified personnel should handle the installation in vertical mounting position. This servo amplifier includes an integrated resolver feedback to accurately detect motor shaft position and is capable of managing multiple operations including communications, velocity, current, and position control. This model outputs a rated current of 6A and delivers power levels of 0.7 kVA (1φ) and 1.1 kVA (3φ) at a 115 VAC power source. At a 230 VAC power source, power output increases to 1.4 kVA (1φ) and 2.2 kVA (3φ). The model operates at a switching frequency of 8 kHz and can be customized to meet operational requirements through the use of MOTIONLINK software. Ensure sufficient clearance at the module sides before installation, and a supply of 500 V logic power. The amplifier's net power loss is at 80 watts.
