The PSI6300.155-L1 is a high-frequency, air-cooled inverter system designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, paired with the PSG-3000 transformer for delivering optimized direct current welding operations. Notable features include a continuous heat dissipation arising from its fan cowl, enhancing electrode life, and minimization of welding splashes, thus considerably improving welding spot quality. This system also features an integrated control facility, supporting Parallel, Serial, and Fieldbus interfaces and reducing the need for additional cables during installation. A built-in BOS-5000 operator interface aids in operation and programming, with an included weld timer in the CPU. The system also accommodates extra fittings like an I/O interface, a Fieldbus module, and a quality module. Working on a line voltage between 400V and 480V, it has a current output of 800 A and includes a metal oxide varistor to prevent damage from overvoltage. This 20 kg device is suitable for vertical installation.
