Manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the PSI6300.360-L1 is a medium-frequency inverter ideal for resistance seam, projection, and spot-welding applications. This 1,000Hz or DC technology module boasts a maximum constant current rating of 220A and comes equipped with an integrated control function. Designed strictly for industrial environments, it abides by DIN EN 50081-2 and 50082-2 specifications. The module is CE certified and has an IP20 protection rating, requiring installation in a switchgear cabinet with an IP54 rating or higher. The inverter operates optimally at a frequency of 50-60Hz and its mounting should account for its weight. In addition, it requires at least 100mm clearance top and bottom and a dust and chemical-free environment. With a maximum operating temperature of 55°C, the module uses a metal oxide varistor for over-voltage protection, supports a maximum output current of 800A, and a clocking frequency of 1kHz. For optimal function, ensure vertical mounting and clean, uncoated contact surfaces.
