The Bosch Rexroth Indramat PST610-EL is a high-tech, automatically regulated transformer rectifier-power unit ideal for a variety of welding applications. It is specifically designed for heavy-duty industrial welding, with innovative electronics for control and monitoring. This compact Thyristor power unit is well-suited for metal resistance welding. It meets DIN EN 50082-2 standards and is resistant to electromagnetic interference as per the 50081-2 compliance standard. Along with its integrated control, monitoring, weld timer, I/O interfaces, and Fieldbus communication interface, the PST-610-EL also includes a built-in battery compartment. Air cooling and a mounted heat sink ensure thermal stability. Outfitted in a robust metallic casing, its compact design facilitates minimal cabling. It's equipped with a BOS-5000 interface for programming, operation, and diagnostics. The in-built thermostat sends a fault message if the unit's temperature exceeds 80 °C. The PST610-EL offers up to a maximum of 76 kVA, with a rated input voltage of 400 V -20% to 600 V +10%, 50/60 Hz, and a rated current of 130 Ampere. It is designed for safe operation, featuring overvoltage, overcurrent, and overload protections, and comes with a degree of protection of IP54.
